Winter tour to Russia: falconry center and food master-class
Day 1 – Arrive to Yekaterinburg
Day 2 – Walking city-tour + master-class (6 h)
Today you have a walking city-tour, during this tour you will learn the history of Yekaterinburg, visit the main sights and also you will learn about traditions in Yekaterinburg (New Year’s Russian traditions, traditions of leisure activities in pre-revolutionary Yekaterinburg and Soviet Sverdlovsk). Also today you will visit a very interesting food master-class and will learn how to cook a traditional Ural dish – “pelmeni”. You will learn about traditional Ural cuisine and about “pelmeni”, you will cook it and of course you will try it!
Day 3 – Excursion falconry center “Holzan” (5-6 hours)
Excursion to falconry center Holzan. Holzan is a unique place. If you want to learn more about birds (i.e. goshawks, falcons, sapsans, Far Eastern crested eagles and etc.), we really recommend you to visit this place. Also if it will be possible (according to the weather and season), you can learn how to go hunting with a bird! And even try it!
After the excursion, you can drink a traditional Russian tea from a “SAMOVAR”!
Day 4. – Excursion to Europe-Asia.

Today you have an excursion to the border between Europe and Asia. Here you can take a photo standing your right foot in Europe and your left foot in Asia.
